Heart of West Michigan United Way

Heart of West Michigan United Way is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The non-profit has bold goals around education, income, and health for Kent County. In order to improve graduation rates, help people achieve financial stability, and improve access to healthcare, HWMUW rallied 39 service organizations to work together to define social impact initiatives around which they could collaborate. Fuel D was charged with designing and facilitating over 30 customer-centered workshops that utilized a range of methods and tools that focused on uncovering root causes and stakeholder needs as well as working together to develop solutions for the community.
