Stryker

We designed and facilitated a week long concept building session for an opportunity with Stryker. Once we understood the context of the project, we leveraged our suite of tools and experiences for this unique challenge. For reasons of confidentiality, we can’t really get into specific outputs and outcomes but we did discover some really exciting possibilities and actionable next steps.

During the week long journey it was rewarding to see a collaborative energy develop within the team, many of whom had ever met before this experience. The president of Stryker instruments summed it up best when he said “We have gotten more done in this one week session than we have been able to do ourselves in the last eighteen months.”
